Prior to founding Cromwell Builders Inc. in 2002, principal Michael L. Ponsi was involved in all phases of the Real Estate industry with hands-on experience in Corporate Real Estate, Lease Negotiations, Space Planning, Property Management, Land Development, Construction Management, and General Contracting.

Specializing in Interior Office Build-outs, Cromwell’s comprehensive understanding of the challenges your company will face when changing locations, expanding operations, or renovating current facilities and enables a seamless and timely transition. We are also accustomed to special circumstances such as the renovation of occupied spaces. As the General Contractor we provide a high level of coordination between the design team, material suppliers, subcontractors, local municipalities, building owner, and Client.

Beyond traditional construction services, Cromwell also assists in the coordination of Tenant vendors, including but not limited to furniture, signage, premise wiring (electrical, voice, data, and audio), copier/faxes, alarm systems, and access systems. We tailor our management approach to fit the client’s needs, and thus can be involved in as much or as little of such ancillary services as you require.
